In one clinical study, a group of cyclists consumed either water or Shaklee Performance® after 3 hours of vigorous cycling. Afterwards, they continued to cycle at a faster speed. The cyclists that drank only water lasted just 2 minutes before succumbing to fatigue, while the Shaklee Performance® drinkers lasted over 15 times longer!
